If you can't do the time; don't do the crime. Felony will follow you around for a life time. Sorry to say, but air operations are very strict. Someone here in Denver (not UPS) lied on their application and was arrested and convicted and sent to jail. They don't mess around with that stuff.

He was initially charged with 2 counts of mind your own business but his lawyer had it reduced to a single count of none of your damn business.

If you've been really, really good 5 years might be enough time to petition the court to have your conviction set aside. See an attorney.

Why you would even asked to do a airport run when you know you have a felony on your record is pretty dumb. Everyone knows to get a airport clearance that they do a back ground check. Now lets hope UPS doesn't try to use your past felony agaisnt you.

PS , if i had a FELLONY, I would know how to spell it......

Love it when little guys talk tough its pretty funny, You do a good job finding people there packages and making coffee,, your the best at it so don't worry. Funny how after Aug 11 you stopped trashing Billy , I guess thats when he asked you to run. You are a joke in the building, Dave and his friends help get those slate votes you did nothing because you are nobody.
