Retirement Age/Worked as PT Supervisor in Distribution from 2004 - 2010 Do I qualify for pension?

During my 5 year+ employment with UPS I had a 401K savings account but requested a pay-out when I left. After I left UPS and moved to another state I didn't update my address with them so I have no idea if I have any other benefits with them, such as a pension. Do you know whether I would or not?

I have 3 years part time. It says its worth about $160 a month at age 65.

My part time pension is UPS controlled not teamster
Controlled.
