Shouldn't we be able to recover "fines" when our "partner" fails?

    If our resources are unexplainably unavailable, like seeing an inbound report...or seeing driver performance on the DSW, don't you think we should be allowed a chargeback?

    How about when the line haul contractor sends his slowest driver to three busy turns and is habitually late ?

    Understaffing on the belts

    Please add more!

    If surcharges against your settlement is what you're talking about then rest assured they will always find more or create some new ones.
