its a clear cut example of attempted terrorism by the US government.
and yes the leader of cuba would have also been a terrorist for killing people for his political gain. another example of governments being hte largest terrorist organization.

One of the big reasons Iran hates us is that the US and England conspired together and successfully brought down Iran's democratically elected leader. The result was their puppet, The Shah of Iran, who saw to it that the West controlled Iranian oil.
i cant remember if chomsky was talking about the narrative of america "losing" in iraq or vietnam but anyways just because the US government didnt accomplish ALL of its goals, doesnt mean you didnt blow the country up to bits.

Police Charge Student For Threat Made At Arundel High School
Police began their investigation after Arundel High School officials told them about a suspicious Twitter account.
The account, named @KoolkidsKlanKkk, reportedly sent out a tweet that read, “We’re planning to attack tomorrow”.
This account used similar language to a racial petition that had been passed around Anne Arundel High School by the “Kool Kids Klan”.
Police worked with Twitter, and were able to identify the person who created the account and sent out the threatening tweet.
That person has been identified as a 14-year-old African American female who attends Arundel High School.
Authorities interviewed the girl while she was with her parents, and police say she admitted to creating the Twitter account and sending the threatening tweet.
She was charged with a juvenile citation for disruption of school activities and released to her parents

i would say theres a double standard for terrorism as with other crimes:
the government can commit all kinds of crimes (locally and around the world) and terrorism (domestic but mostly foreign) and get away with it, but when we the people try anything its "do not pass go, do not collect $200, go straight to jail".
