I did that once as well.
I would leave my drink in the back since I'm back there most of the time sorting, but you can't break 11 months of repetitive motion.

Now I string a bungee cord and an old Diad pouch in front of him near the heater.
He can put his drinks, snacks, and phone there and works fantastic.
Wish I thought of it sooner.

Pee in bottle and dump as soon as you put the critter back in the cage, come on G MAN lol.

I've put those pee bottles back in my cooler(staying organized) and so far have remembered to throw them out before my wife went thru my cooler at night. There are stories though about the whole getting it in the bottle I'd rather not share other than its kind of carbonated.
