I am a fan of RC on way we received our raises back then! I didn't like and still dislike the 22.3 jobs! Split wages etc.. 22.3 took away from red circle jobs for inside guys to make premium pay!!

Remember, this was Tim's first contract as President of our Local. Our pension stayed frozen since 2002. Plus he was able to get what we wanted without having to divert any of our wages as certain Hoffa-supported Locals like 177 over in NJ had to do!!
