I just became a hazmat responder so I usually get more hours. Today I
Clocked out at 10:00 and I noticed on the time card viewer is says I clocked out at 8:40. I see stuff like this all the time and nobody will never fix it what should I do

Don't mess with the 800 number.
Call/click/visit the Dept of Labor, Wage and Hourly Division, and file a compliant.

These payroll "mistakes" seem to happen quite often. The first time it's a "mistake" what's it called when it keeps happening?

File ASP. If you do not receive the loss pay by a certain time, penalty starts to accrue. I know a drive that received over $800.00 in penalty money.

I don't disagree on filing, but you have to give management a chance to fix it. It's still in the same pay period so correcting the timecard now won't cause any issue with pay being delayed.

If it happens consistently then there's another grievance to be made.
