Lots of prison services have bee privatized. I'd imagine they defunded the public services prior to that.

Society is of the rails. Many posit that taking mom out of the home as a reason. Thinking about this for a moment you might see generational changes as a result. But if you think back 100 years the husband and father was removed from the home first. No, you didn't. You said money was being held back in order for them to not work well so that they could be privatized yet you couldn't give one example of that actually happening. No programs have been privatized. All you're doing is trying to alarm people to steer them down a path. This is all your favorite talking heads like Nader, Hedges, etc ever do. It's how they make their living. And you buy into it which is what they're counting on.
