UPS employees & Community Colleges

Hi everyone,
I was curious if anyone knew roughly what % of UPSers attend community colleges. I imagine the number would be pretty high considering the P/T sort opportunities.

That seems like a realistic figure. I know UPS only tracks education at time of hire... is your 37% specific to a region or the country?

A great topic! At UPS, we have many workers who just couldn't get into a four year college or university coming out of High School. Myself included, community college was the only way to go, for a great number of UPS employees. Not many Ivy League types around here.
