NORTH APOLLO, Pa —
A cellphone was allegedly found inside the women's bathroom at a UPS customer center in Armstrong County, and now authorities are investigating whether it was used to secretly record video of people.

Armstrong County District Attorney Scott Andreassi confirmed that his office along with Kiski Township police are waiting for a search warrant to examine the phone's contents.

The phone was allegedly found Tuesday by a female employee in the UPS center on River Road. She told police it was recording video at the time.

"We've identified a potential suspect in the case. We have identified the phone that was potentially used to record. That phone has been secured," Andreassi said.

The suspect is said to be a supervisor at the facility, but no one has been charged as of late Wednesday.

No one at the North Apollo UPS would speak about the situation, but a company spokeswoman did release a statement:

We are aware of the incident in North Apollo, PA and responded immediately. UPS does not tolerate misconduct from any of our employees and the individual involved is no longer an employee of the company. We are cooperating with local authorities on their related investigation.

The DA said a decision should be made soon on whether to file charges, depending on what investigators find in the phone's memory.

Here's what this article says......apparently these same supervisors testified at RA's trial this past August that they use this women's room exclusively instead of the men's restroom

"The bathroom in question is apparently used frequently by male UPS employees as well as women, according to testimony provided to the National Labor Relations Board by management personnel employed at that facility during an unrelated proceeding.

That proceeding, which occurred in October, concerned the posting of information to a particular bulletin board in the men's locker room at the UPS facility in North Apollo. Testimony provided then suggests use of the ladies room by male employees was common.

According to a post-hearing brief filed by Julie Stern, general counsel for the NLRB, UPS “suggested through the testimony of ... managers that they used the women's restroom at the facility, which is located closer to the management offices so they rarely had occasion to see postings on the bulletin board in the men's locker room.”

The three different news stories that I posted sum it up pretty well. Except they all leave out one glaring detail. When the phone was discovered by the victim, she immediately gave it to her immediate supervisor WHILE IT WAS STILL RECORDING. He then gave it to another supervisor ( the owner of the phone ) and that supervisor deleted everything that was on the phone.

UPS recorded everything at one of the CC I worked at .
I have seen the video on a hard drive , they got the time stamp wrong and I was the star .
They were looking for proof of who was stealing computers and mostly caught me working .
Which is kind of strange since I reported most of those UTL ( unable to locate ) computers as stolen .
