That usually comes from a butt whipping like you recieved in delegate election .
But never, ever would I get slapped off a bar stool.
Ok, stared about 40 years ago by a guy that was a teamster for a year and has been on a lifetime withdrawal card. He and his group were investigated by the FBI for trying to overthrow the government. In the TDU offices, there are zero teamsters working. Their finances are kept a huge secret. They charge a fee for information on the IBT website. They ahere to the believe structure of communism. They use the philosophies of Nazi propagandist Joseph Geobbles to discredit our international union. They charge a fee to any TDU run local, depending on the size. It comes out to about $5 per member. It's on the LM2 as "Teamsters Education and Legal defense fund". So for a local with about 6000 members, it comes out to 30k a year of dues money that is donated. There isn't a membership vote because it's classified as "education". it's a laundering scheme. They take the money and run the encumbants election campaign.

Yeah, anyone getting 9.5 pay? Nope. Grievances are ignored. Reason? "Lack of merit" comes from the TDU BA mouth. Workday is longer than ever. Sup's doing bargaining unit work. Feeder jobs signed away by the Sec/Tres. Give the members back the 90k you give TDU to run your campaign.
Because some people can't think for themselves and stand strong on their own.
