tooner...totally agree w/ you..our OMS guys (tim, phil, and szoke) go way out of there way to make sure our center operates as well as possible...they put up w/ way too much crap....I've sat in w/ them while performing TAW....they're not paid enough...and will probably not be well compensated when they retire
