If I started in the building at the end of February when can I expect to get healthcare? I’ve not been able to get a straight answer on this and because I’m 26 I have to set up my own for now

Sounds like you will fall right in the middle of this whole negotiation. You will get your benefits on your 1yr anniversary. But this is UPS so anything is possible. Good luck and congrats on your upcoming accomplishment!
