What would be your actual mileage estimates, this is n a rural dirt road area ,I am surprised the front wheels are still connected to the back wheels.

Go check it out, is all you can do.
All working trucks have $2,500 to $10,000 of value, even some 1977 rust bucket.
Unlike passenger vehicles, which can depreciate to next to nothing... $800-2,500.

1996 is probably not the sweet spot between still useful, and worn out trash. But it could have a new transmission and\or rear, with a decent motor.

Express ran the same trucks in the area they were trash 🗑 n 3-5 years from cracked frames. This guy has 10 trucks either sold or being sold can’t believe he is leaving with the merger coming soon. Maybe corporate gave him an idea on adjusting mileage.

$ 7500 for a hunk of smelter bait? (lol) . 205K? Perhaps.....after the odometer has already turned over at least once.
Now why does Fat Freddy want somebody else to buy the trucks? It's because they're one of if not the fastest depreciating piece equipment known to the US economy.
