They are going to realize pcm`s are a waste of Am hours hopefully they are a thing of the past.

Mentioned this to my center manager last week. He's a nice guy but he's very long winded during his PAM'S.

Typically he's around 5 minutes every day. Multiply that by 70 drivers and all of a sudden the company has spent the equivalent of 6 hours straight time pay.

Cancel the PCM, put in an extra route.

My former DM used to love hearing himself talk (and wearing shirts that were at least one size too small). You could count on at least a 10-15 min PCM if he was there and, no, we never started early when he was there.
