Forcing little-to-no OT is just the opposite problem of when they were forcing Lots of overtime.
The overarching problem still remains. Nobody gets to remotely decide how much work they'll have.

It's pretty even here. Average week is 46 hours according to the drivers on my line.

Of course he did. He's just lonely, surrounded by piles of money and blow. Just trying to get some attention.

I barely cleared that at 50 hours.

High state income tax? Or socking a bunch into 401k? My state's income tax is pretty high, and I'm putting 5% to 401k, I took home just shy of 1150 for about 42 hours with 3 hours of OT. At 50 hours, I'd be taking home 1400 -1500.
