we had to pick up rentals monday morning.

We still have 5. We are having so many breakdowns that we can't keep cars on the road, so we are just keeping the rentals for god knows how long.

And UPS has no spare cradles to put in. I was told if one doesn't work, they have to take it out and send it in to be repaired, they can't keep spares on hand to just "throw one in" to replace it temporarily.

I agree you shouldn't skip your lunch....that is a violation of the contract.

The message fails to treat Union Employees with dignity and respect.
It is inflammatory and unnecessary.
Therefore it is harassment.
