22.3 vs 22.4

I’ve been part time for 2 years. So would it be easier to be a driver now since no one wanna be 22.4? I don’t mind making less since I live in a small town.

No. They will not create additional routes. Any job they create due to increased volume or adding another delivery day would have been a top rate job. 22.4 are jobs they would have created anyways.

22.3 jobs are like being on light duty. Easy good money, no forced ot and you don’t deliver ground packages. Still a very limited and coveted position.
