There 2 23.3 yearly costs 150000. benefits included. The amount of work they do is equal is 2 pt at 30,000. Their nearly no value added with these two 23.3 but since they friends with management it’s a cozy job for them

150 K is that with pension? Because 22.3 people aren’t making anywhere near that with Pay.

Having said that in our operation, we have well over 170 of these jobs and sometimes they’re the only thing that keeps the building running because they actually come to work. Many Part-timers are unreliable. And the turnover is insane.

Total crap-shoot in my hub. Drivers don't technically lose seniority but they are put into the 22.3 seniority list based on ft date. If they were top dog in their center but a 22.3 went ft before them then they're SOL. That seems to be the biggest regret I've heard from the few I work with. Also, there are no OT protections so you gotta work till your supe says so. In my case/my bid/my hub I work at least 10hrs every day. So the bid and the hub volume are definitely things to consider.
