Saw this on a group post. Apparently if you get your 30/120, you make book as a TCD you can slide into 22.4 with higher starting wage????
Please read the chat photos. I have messages out to the people involved. Any help out there?
I am a 6yr PT air driver/preload. Never really wanted to go full-time but I'm working 50hrs anyway and I hear that 22.4's are coming to my center. Which would possibly eliminate my extra work.

In the southern supplement, we get red circled at our tcd rate when we become a 22.4. The tcd rate is 85% of top pay which is 32.69. And yes, you do have to be a qualified tcd.

You should try and get that changed next contract, here and in many places TCD make the same top rate as full time drivers.
