Probably has to do with their pension...I believe that they were under the old UPS Retirement Plan.. the same as management.

Do know the details...

If we walk they will honor our picket lines...

I guess you can say the "Old pension plan". All Flight-qualified members get a guaranteed pension. Flight Management gets similar.

Those "details" may not be 100% accurate...
Doesn't matter, won't be any packages to fly anyway. The IPA members will get paid if they don't get involved. That's the strategy they're choosing....
