    A newcomer in air deliveries: ABX - Newsday

    Deutsche Post, the German postal company, decided it wanted its own delivery company, DHL, to compete in the lucrative market in the United States. So it signed up Ohio's ABX Air Inc. (ABXA) to provide both a jet fleet and nationwide sorting terminals.

    ABX has just morphed into a holding company, expanded its deal with DHL and acquired a Florida-based air cargo company. The only recent "buy" recommendation came from the former Fidelity and Lehman Bros. analyst Monica Logani, who now heads small-cap research for Wall Street Access.
