It’s a job. I treat my customers well promote the business and try to do my best. Lately Staying home and avoiding the situation is sometimes the best option.

Personally, I never cared about the front of the car being air-conditioned. Two doors open rolling down the road is fine.
The back of the truck is the killer.

Best advice I can give is Live off the 40hrs and invest all the overtime. Don’t use the extra money to get more toys and/or debt.
Money can make you a slave or set you free. Use your money so it makes you more money don’t use it to go in debt or buy things that are worthless in a few years. You will thank me when you retire.

Yep, that’s why I said after four which would be the fifth you could file and ask to have the meeting. We already have about 50 drivers on the elevated quadruple time pay. Probably about that many more getting ready to go..
There’s very little plan to reduce hours only continue paying. Most likely why there wasn’t a lot of arguing at the elevated meeting about giving quadruple time..
Yes, all the regional chairs are at the elevated meeting. It’s not just a business agent and labor manager.

When I have a grievance I always let my union representative know by hanging lanterns in my window. One if harassment, two if supervisors working, etc.
