Come 2013 we will all be paying for part of our health benefits.

I would rather take a pay freeze for 18 to 24 months than pay for part of our healthcare. I also think that the economy will be back full force by then so our bargaining power will be greater.

I would also prefer a wage freeze over paying for healthcare.
