AMT pay progression scale

I will be starting part time as an aircraft mechanic in the next few months and was wondering what the pay progression scale is. I was told the starting pay is 21.63 and top out is at 5 years but nothing else. What should I wear to the month long orientation and are there uniforms for the mechanics? I have been trying to get this job for more than 15 years and finally got the call! Cant wait!
