Took the DOT exam and passed. Next is to wait for the background check and schedule a road test.

Someone mentioned the 22.4 is lesser pay for the same work. What was the starting rate for a package driver not 22.4? I was told the 22.4 would be $20.xx.

Will all new hires be under 22.4?

According to the new contract Full Time RCPD jobs will no longer be filled from the outside and all new drivers will automatically become 22.4 before bidding in to Full Time. Read your local union contract if you want the full scoop
