I was DQ'd last week from driving and have a question.

How long do I have to wait before I can reapply for a package car driver position? and where in the union book can I find it?

Nobody seems to know, drivers, union stewards nobody.

This is in Western Region Supplement, Art. 7, PT to FT employment.

This is in Western Region Supplement, Art. 7. "An employee who fails to qualify for a full time position within a classification..........................., 6 months after the date he/she disqualifies." You can reapply 6 months after disqual.

A second disqualify and you will have to wait 12 months.

You need to grieve within 5 working days of your disqualification.

Read his other post. He got 18 days of training and two days solo prior to them saying he wasn't progressing.

I believe it is a year here......i agree with others, file the grievance......if you don't stand up for yourself, then no one else will.........
