I was wondering how UPS works out there? How is the job market? Does "Hawaiian time" apply when working? Any ex-Hawaiian UPS'ers?

I went to Hawaii for 12 days last winter and it was wonderful. Honolulu was a nightmare with traffic so I imagine it's not fun being a driver there. Maui was way more laid back and the drivers looked like they were also. Since I've retired I've been to every state except Alaska and the 3 states in the far northeast corner. Without exception every time I have talked to a driver they all say the same thing. They are over dispatched and work too many hours. Somethings never change.
