Normally vaccine clinical trials last years. These covid vaccines are basically still experimental with only a few months of testing. By far and away, most people that catch the virus are fine, so why should I get an experimental vaccine injected in myself for a virus that I have a 99.95% chance of surviving?
Most covid fatalities are from people with other serious health conditions, people who quite honestly were about to die even without the virus.
I am not an anti-vaxxer; my kids go to public schools, but I am definitely going to wait a few years and see what types of long term effects these vaccines have before I seriously consider getting one.

My buddies who are physicians got theirs yesterday, and so did most of their fellow doctors. That inspired confidence for me, not because I trust their judgement, but because if it does do something terrible, fixing and treating it will be priority #1 bc they'll literally all be suffering from it.

The seasonal flu has been a "yearly thing" for how long?
People line up like mindless cattle to get a foreign substance injected into them that,. apparently, isn't effective because the flu is still around after, again, how many years?

Does anyone really, really think that any deaths/enduring illness caused by this new, inproved, fast lane vaccine will be widely reported? Really?

Hope this helps.
I've taken the flu shot for the last 30 years and I have not had the flu since I started getting vaccinated and I hug people and in meetings with 20+ people for hours at a time.

I don't let my stupidstitions override my logic and rational based brain.

Hope this helps.

I haven't had a flu shot in over 20 years and only caught the flu a couple of times.

There are 7.8. Billion people on the planet and I'm not the only with an immunity disorder or asthma.

There will be people with similar concerns who will get approved by their doctors for the vaccine, and when my doctor sees results I will get it.

It's been a nearly a year since COVID-19 has been ramped in and I haven't contracted it because I am social distancing and wearing a mask. 😘
Even while working at UPS.
I haven't worn a mask anywhere, and I had 25 family members at my house for Thanksgiving, some kids birthdays, and never kept distance from anyone.

I eat vegetables, have an immune system, exercise, and sleep.

I also haven't had it. You can keep your isolation practices that you think keep you safe. I'll keep mine that keep me safe.

But I also had fat old diabetic grandparents for week-long visits with a dozen others around. Why? Because family is more important than living, anyway.

I would have been more likely to have bad reactions to getting shots every year than seldom getting mild cases of the flu.
Interesting ... I've never had any reaction to a flu shot or a pneumonia shot or even the Shingles vaccinations.

I've had the flu twice in my life and wound up in a bed for a week each time.
