Hi Doc

My pension check statement has a "service" number 1-800-773-8919. Have no idea if this is any help to you or what your circumstance is. When I put in my paper work I only had to get in touch with the local union office and HR at UPS in Metro NY. They got it all done.

thanks I think thats it Y eah I put my paperworkin through ups and 804 but I need to change my addy and I cant find my last statement
