yours is much more then a mild neighborly interest, its an obsession.
nader and hedges have both spoke about how canada makes the same dumb mistakes as america 10 years later.

personally im getting the heck of this continent and far away from you guys.

thats true hillary is weak. but the democrats could have heaved up someone else too, but they didnt, and it was bernie a socialist who became her competitor and would have beat her if it werent for the restrictive voting.

you ignored the main point of that post. Bernie's "movement towards socialism" has at this point only excited approximately 4 percent of the voting population enough to potentially get off their duffs and vote for him. That 4 percent assuming and projecting a healthy turnout in California.

i have no idea, you'd have to look up what portion of the population is eligible to vote so far and then take how many votes bernie has and figure out the percentage.

thats why ralph nader says there should be a "none of the above" on the ballot, because a majority of americans dont vote because theyre so disgusted with the system, and on top of that, you should have a holiday to vote, it shouldnt be on a working day.

You've been saying this since you came on this site. That's almost 2 years. What are you waiting for? Seriously I'm honestly ask what's the hold up? You've talked about how some of the European countries are so much better. Shouldn't you be there by now enjoying the good life?

I have friends that moved to France and Germany. All while only working pt and going to school. It didn't take them 2 years either. So if they can do it why can't you?

What is camp? Also I don't understand. You hate it there. You say it all the time but you're willing to hang around for 5 or 6 years? Must not be to bad.

ok i got a question: how are they paying for this only working part time? are they going into debt / is their family funding their education? i know college is free in germany for anyone.

camp is where the employer gives you free housing, maybe free flights, maybe free food. i got eyes on this fuel truck job which is camp, 2 weeks on/ off and i think it was fly in fly out as well. we have alot of camp work in canada.

yea i have my doubts about camp work in europe, and number 2 i only speak english and beginner french, and on top of that my only trades are railway conductor, and fuel truck. i know germany has a trucking shortage, but in that case the language and licensing would be an issue.

No offense I don't see you ever going. You're going to camp for a fuel trucking job. When you could start your life over there and enjoy your 8 weeks vacation and still travel. I think you're full of it.

Paul didn't get any assistance from home. He saved some money and flew over. He now lives in France teaching english. Hes also married now. No he is not in debt he is doing fine. He's a smart hard working guy. Used to have us ask him any word we could think of in English to translate into french. He did this to prepare himself.

Jimmy I haven't heard from in awhile. Last time I talked to him he was in a town i can't pronounce in germany. Was doing odd jobs but said he was loving how he could be in one country 1 day and another country the next. Also not I debt just a determined guy.

So ya like I said, l Really think you're just blowing smoke.

The bold was an accident don't know how that happen.

Odd jobs were factory jobs. He told me they have a ton of factory jobs out there. He also worked as a clerk in a store sometimes when he was between jobs.

ok 1 last question: is he allowed to stay out there in germany just doing factory jobs, or will he get deported back to usa?

ive been dead set on leaving north america for europe since 2012, so i can safely say it will happen especially when im in my 30s.

Like I said haven't spoken to jimmy in awhile. He never mentioned anything about being deported. He didn't seem to be worried. He's been over there now for 5 years. Last time we spoke was probably a little over a year ago maybe more. He didn't just work a job for a month or two it would be a year maybe more.

bonus question: did jimmy speak another language before he left?

appreciate your time

Seriously I have to get back to work. He was studying German and spoke a little when he left but he wasn't fluent or anything.
thanks alot. i appreciate it.

yea actually just a few days ago my friend told me instead of doing camp work, i should do a 1 year vacation in europe. i dont want to because i got the fuel truck job a month ago, and my other employer is super easy and flexible, so i could go to school and work there 1 or 2 days a week on the side. and i was thinking if i were to do something like a 1 year vacation (which i wouldnt), it would make more sense to do it after the next financial crisis hits.

look up how many delegates bernie has. a significant portion of america has voted for a socialist, and this includes all the voting fraud and restrictive voting. would have been more.

thats true hillary is weak. but the democrats could have heaved up someone else too, but they didnt, and it was bernie a socialist who became her competitor and would have beat her if it werent for the restrictive voting.

u figure it out. last i heard bernie sanders had 43% of a democratic vote; a socialist.

pretty soon the bizarre ones will be the people who are afraid of it

i have no idea, you'd have to look up what portion of the population is eligible to vote so far and then take how many votes bernie has and figure out the percentage.

you are tacking . if this is your style just post a weathervane rather then your argument.

I'm still waiting for these "democratic socialists" lining up to do the mundane jobs that get outsourced like assembling iPhones and dealing with morons who can't figure out their Dish tuner on the phone if they were brought back here. These aren't high tech, high skilled jobs that require a 4 year degree and they sure as hell wouldn't pay worth a crap either. I'm all for sending the cheap, unskilled labor overseas where it can be done on the cheap and leave the high tech, high skill jobs here. The problem is, Berntards for the most part, don't want to do these jobs. They want to take college for the sake of it and get an easy and useless degree then immediately expect to make 6 figures the day after graduation.

When that doesn't work out as planned and they're flipping burgers or working at Walmart, they gripe and moan that they're in so much debt from their feminist interpretive dance degree and blame it on the greedy capitalists. Not once accepting responsibility for their dumb mistakes and not learning from them because they have a senile fool who has been a loser his whole life just like them saying what they want to hear to look up to.
