Yes Congress can not pass any restrictions on religion , speech , expression which means that there's no laws on the books prohibiting speech religion or expression . You have the right in this country to protest , speak your mind and express your feelings . You cannot be arrested and have the rights to protest peacefully . You cannot be arrested and have the rights to have free speech !!!

Yes you can be arrested for speaking your mind or protesting if you're doing it on private property without the consent of the owner. It's called trespassing. You're not being arrested for what you said, but where you said it.

New York post has not verified the content of the hard drive (according to the New York Post). The new York post has not even confirmed to have looked at it's content. The new York post has yet to post a single file from the hard drive. They posted screenshots in a PDF format assumed to be of content from the drive. The PDF files were created my Giuliani late last month. The hard drive is a copy of a hard drive assumed to have belonged to hunter biden. Hunter biden was not verified to be the person who surrendered possession of the computer due to a medical condition of the shop owner.
He tried to get in touch with several individuals including the FBI but only Giuliani responded. It was given to FBI which sat on it during Trump impeachment. Giuliani and company certainly kept it under wraps to use if needed as an "October surprise." Won't be shocking if Democrats come out with their own surprise before election. When Hunter Biden dropped it off he was under the influence according to shop owner which probably explains why Hunter didn't retrieve it in time.
