Treating us like people?? Perhaps your standards are too high, Silk. At this point, I'd settle for being treated like a dog....lol. At least they feed a dog and tell him he's good lol.

If you think we get screwed over? What about our customers? Dont you think they are getting tired of late airs? Different delivery times every day? Getting charged more? and getting less??? Where does it end?

You're preaching to the choir....I agree with you! It doesn't end...it's an endless stream of :censored2: running downhill...we get screwed, you guys get screwed...and the customers suffer the consequences. How many more accounts do they have to lose before they smarten up?

We lost some really big accounts..not because of price..because of numbers?? Not dollar numbers..stupid paper numbers! You know.....sorry we cant have the driver make 2 pick ups a day? Or no way in hell he cain wait 5 or 10 minutes everyday! We would rather lose your 3 million dollars a year account. Our driver has to make his stops per hour!.BS.......Great value for our share holders and future growth of the company!

Management wants to pretty up their numbers so let's start preload 20 min later...so when we wrap @ 930...drivers leave at 935-940 with 22 airs and a 45 min drive to their delivery area...how many airs will be late today?? Ups spends $20 to save $5.

Grown tired of watching union and non union front line troops being treated like crap.
There is no good reason, other than profiteering, for the systemic mistreatment of
doggone hard working union and non union employees.
