We lost some really big accounts..not because of price..because of numbers?? Not dollar numbers..stupid paper numbers! You know.....sorry we cant have the driver make 2 pick ups a day? Or no way in hell he cain wait 5 or 10 minutes everyday! We would rather lose your 3 million dollars a year account. Our driver has to make his stops per hour!.BS.......Great value for our share holders and future growth of the company!

It's crazy. It's the same reason why airs are consistently late everyday. Management wants to pretty up their numbers so let's start preload 20 min later...so when we wrap @ 930...drivers leave at 935-940 with 22 airs and a 45 min drive to their delivery area...how many airs will be late today?? Ups spends $20 to save $5.
