Booted from the Chat Room?

I've recently gotten a couple of complaints about chatters being booted from the chat room. I looked for a solution at the tech support site for the chat program and found that the problem is most likely related to the user's flash player. Their suggestion to fix this problem is to download the most current version of Macromedia's free flash player.

Hi Cheryl-Just did the download and hope that helps. It ususally doesn't happen to people until there has been quite a bit of chat among them so I thought it might be a problem of not enough server space. Will try with the new version of flash tonight and let you know how it goes. Also that was agreat idea putting the statement up that the chat room is active. Seemed to draw quite a few in last night.

The chat room software was also updated today so hopefully that will straighten up any issues that may have been on the server side.
