WOW,, this just shows a ton of stupidity. It' going to pass, don't worry what is in it, it only concerns you.

If you represent the Union, now I know why so many people are angry about what they are Paying for.
Why?? It is going to pass. He's going to have benifits better than 90%+ of this whole country + he is going to make 90 to 100k a year with 7 weeks of vacation. Cry me a river lets take it to the court of public opinion. WE will lose. Wake up this is a republican world now. Let survive make 100k and have medical that's still better than EVERYONE else.

I would like to know if my wife and son will be kicked off as dependents once we switch over to Teamcare. I have heard that dependents are kicked off if they have a job in which they can purchase health insurance thru their employer.
These little details concern me. But just not for me, for me and about 140,000 of my brothers and sisters who will be losing UPS health coverage.

Not eliminate family coverage, eliminate all family members that they can. Think of it as a money saving measure by the IBT. And by the way, I heard this from my BA, and he is for this TA. He says they are still working on it trying to eliminate that part.

You need to realize that many of us have had union health care for decades. Why are you so shook up? My wife and 3 kids are covered, the oldest being 25. Sure I pay a few bucks but its free health Insurance, not free health care. Free healthcare is socialism. We don't want that.

Vote NO. We will not be outvoted. The last contract didn't have have of this garbage in it and it only got 65% of 70,000 votes. This baby is going down. Realbrown1 calls it.

I hope you are right. But honestly, would you vote on a contract where you can not see the details of your new health care plan until well after the election?

I've had union bennies for 19 years. They only offer a family plan to members. So the money going into the H&W is the same.

Haven't seen details yet for the Healthcare. Haven't seen a ballot yet. Just saying, if I get a ballot and no detailed info on the enhanced teamcare plan, it's a no vote on principle.

Your plan will not be enhanced! Part time employees along with newly transitioned full time employees will have the enhanced plan. I just wonder how long it would be before the CS plan would reduce those enhance benefits? I sure dont see them increasing ours anytime soom!

I asked KOC this same question and he was unable to answer it. I would have to think that the benefits subsidy would end after the first two years of the contract agreement.

Well dear, I happen to know that upper management have become very aware of the huge and I mean huge babacklash of late against this TA. Might it be because our customers also are reading social media and now sosome media is relaying the disention around the country. Many in management when told to push the agreement ask whwhat seems to be the problem, they themselves say what a mess

I think you should "READ" it again. Look at the PDF file and right below Annual deductible is the line for OOP - Out of Pocket Maximum 1K per person or 2K per family. So in your scenario of a hospital visit, you would hit the OOP max of 1K for that person and be done with all other major medical bills.

Amazing... Once again you are wrong again.
