Can you still drive?

I got a DUI 4 years ago and have been at UPS for 8 years now. Will I be able to get a driving position with this on my record??????

Most places you can drive with 3 points on license. DUI points should come off after 3yrs, although you pay higher insurance for 5. Usually dui is 5 points, but either way, it should be off your record. Check with the bmv.

Fairly sure you should be fine to drive in package.. I think UPS only goes back 3 years as far as checking your driving record. Not quite so sure about feeders, but I know a second DUI disqualifies you from holding a CDL for life.

As long as you pass a DOT physical and can obtain a chauffeurs license don't see a reason not too.

Iowa is one state that requires a chauffeurs license to drive for UPS.

It's been awhile since I scrutinized the bid, but when I last saw it a DUI within 3 or 4 years (I forget which) automatically disqualified you (and more than one? or two? overall) so you should be good.

Missouri also. Need a class e here. Not sure if still this way but in Illinois u have
to take an actual driving test with a vehicle that has that classification.

That's weird, I didn't have to get one to drive for FedEx Express in Iowa. Is there any reason it would be different between the two companies?
