Looks like the aftermath of one of those "Stupidest Stuff on Wheels" moments.

Fanagling that thing off with 2 people was more like rednecks.

We were regretting the 6" lift trying to lift it peer the bumper. Lol

Nope. Got a new one. Notice the broken rear windshield all that glass was still in the bed. That's why we didn't just tip it over.

Plus if I made it look easy it'd be harder to convince the wife I need a 2 post lift.

I made LOTS of friends when I redid my Camaro. Nothing like stripping a car with walnut shell using an industrial compressor to get in their good graces.

I remember a documentary (on History channel?) that was talking about paving that road. The old gravel road was polluting with dirt runoff or something. That race is definitely different now with a paved road.

It was the Sierra club pusillanimous that took legal action to get it paved.

Saw what I believe was a Mitsubishi Evo absolutely sail off the course and WAAAY down the mountainside a while ago. Thank goodness for all the safety prep. They escaped relatively unharmed.
