I knew what was ahead from 2 yrs ago and my buddy doesn't quite have the pace I do.
Great scenery.
I would need a second vacation after that one, for my body to recover from all those miles.

2776 bike miles.47 mpg avg. Unfortunately the camera was dead for my run up to 145 (indicated) on 395 North. New pavement, empty and straight.
Not bad for a naked bike with luggage.

Fuel tanker driver came over and talked to us about the road ahead and indicated he would move over for us, leaving the gas station where this starts.
