Change direct deposit

I just changed banks and I want to change my direct deposit to my new bank account. I’ve clicked on my profile but it’s asking to link my active directory id with my employee id. Anyone know how to change direct deposit information?

The only ways to change your direct deposit information are through upsers (which you are trying to do) or to have someone in payroll do it for you. I don't know what a directory ID is, but let your supervisor know that you can not access your direct deposit information and have them call payroll. Right now IT is transitioning from one system to another, so for now I would just wait until that is over and try again.

I did mine on upsers recently. There is a link that says direct deposit.
