Full time, been full time here for over a year now, closer to a year in and a half.

I hope that's not what there doing, we will just wait until open enrollment if that's the case. Do you guys pay for your family's? I was told nothing comes from our check we just will have co-pays and deductibles. but I see how far that got us listening to when I could add my wife & kids now I'm in this mess.

No payroll deductions, if there is a change in the family you can add them if no change then I think you have to wait for the annual enrollment
