If you live that long.Get the wife pregnant and the girlfriend pregnant a month apart.
That way you get 2 straight months of paternity leave!

2 months of paternity leave in exchange for 18 years of child support for 2 kids not to mention whatever the divorce will cost. Sounds like a sweet deal to me.If you live that long.
Had another driver ask me this morning. So I guess the whole no 9.5 thing is out the window huh. It's peak now. Heaviest summer I've ever seen
Only if you are on the list is it a big deal.Had another driver ask me this morning. So I guess the whole no 9.5 thing is out the window huh.
Uhhhh you can take up to 12 weeks smhGet the wife pregnant and the girlfriend pregnant a month apart.

Virtually my whole center is on the list. Back to not caring at all the first 2 days.Only if you are on the list is it a big deal.
Probably about 75% here.Virtually my whole center is on the list. Back to not caring at all the first 2 days.
So they consider anyone with a DOT a ground driver at their disposal pretty much?Maybe coerced would be a better word. We don't have any 22.4 jobs yet but the only difference between preload/AM air driver jobs is the pay rate. Most of the time these guys are working 10 to 14 hours a day delivering ground. Now the company is telling the PT air drivers they are all on call to deliver ground packages up to 14 hours a day.
Guess Q1 and Q2 cost too much. Now we’ve got to make up for those backpay checks.Probably about 75% here.
I'm doing more stops now than I was during peak.Guess Q1 and Q2 cost too much. Now we’ve got to make up for those backpay checks.
It’s finally dried up and gotten hot here. That means everyone must be out 10 hours or more. Gotta make sure someone falls out and we can blame them for not being hydrated.
Makes sense...I'm doing more stops now than I was during peak.
Even @Future has 170 todayMakes sense...
He’s working!!!!!!Even @Future has 170 today
Yes he is.He’s working!!!!!!
We need more people and less supervisors
dont tag me in this room, it is for fedex people
@Jkloc420 We need your wisdom!
Hiring new drivers as fast as they can train them and when they DQ they are offered an air driver job until they can try again. We have been told that PT air drivers have no 8 hour request or 9.5 protection or even a lunch break. Fine with me, I will take those $2k/wk paycheck to ride around shagging misloads or running stops off of over dispatched package delivery drivers. So they consider anyone with a DOT a ground driver at their disposal pretty much?
This has been a problem at your center for YEARS now.
So no part timers want to drive?
Are they even putting driver jobs up for bid?
Are they trying to hire off the street?
