I am by no means a fan of the governments war on drugs. I don’t think it works I think it causes more dangerous drugs to be used and sought after. and more dangerous people selling them.
Having said that,
This newer form of THC that is extremely concentrated and used in a wax pen has not been studied because it has not been around long, and there’s been no money given to study yet. In another 5 to 10 years we will know the truth but then it will be too late. and from my short experience with people who have done it they appear no different than any other person addicted to powerful drugs. This stuff is nothing like the stuff they smoked 20 years ago.

you do know I’m far from a Boomer. I believe in personal responsibility. I’ve had the unfortunate responsibility of dealing with people who are adolescence that started using this very powerful, Manipulated, and concentrated drug and it is definitely affecting their mental health. The stuff you smoked as a youngster had none of those effects. I enjoy listening to the people tell me they cannot get addicted to marijuana and then never be able to stop because they’re not addicted to plant marijuana, they’re addicted to THC in extremely high doses.

Nope I volunteer with a group that councils and mentors young inner-city kids. Adolescent brains are much more prone to these problems than grown adults. I’m not a doctor so I have no idea why I’m just telling you my experience.

Sure but I’m not an official drug counselor nor do I think the choice should be taken from people. I’m just there to give them support. A lot of these kids have no idea how to get out of where they are. A large group of us at UPS and a few other union companies go down there and show them how to make their life better. And not be stuck in a constant state of poverty. Sometimes all we do is just take them to a ball game and hang out. Most of them have a problem with this form of THC and few of them actually smoke marijuana the old fashion way.
