No it is not. A company can amend or even cancel it's employee benefit plan anytime it chooses given sufficient prior notice. A union shop might be able to file formal grievance but only 12% of US workers are under a union contract.

It will work it's way through the courts.
It could go either way.

It very obviously violates the intent of the ACA, but left wing judges will allow it. It will take time to get a high court ruling. Even then, they can simply refuse to ever hear the case.

Exactly...if these dumb***'s would have read the ACA when they rammed it through congress, they would realize this is all discrimination now and insurance companies are not allowed to do this anymore...lol
