Crazy hours now

I will be filing my 12th grievance since the first week in May for excessive overtime. Around here they are not even holding hearings anymore, just paying out the 9.5 grievances once a month.

Thats great. Tons of free money. I can only speak where I am. After 4 or 5 of them they find other suckers to dump the work on, who are for the most part scared to file.
