Depends----when its really low I can walk across it without getting my knees wet. It been an exceptionally wet year so if I tried it now I would drown.

Even a .22 can kill a deer. Usually just wounds unless you get a perfect shot. Use enough gun to get a quick clean kill.

Last deer I shot didn’t bleed a drop. Center punched the heart and hit the shoulder on the opposite side. I couldn’t figure it out. Guess it had to do with the angle I shot. Not one drop.


Found my arrow that broke off and my buddy seen eyeballs with a flashlight when we were meeting up. Guess the arrow plugged the hole.

I saw one in someone’s front yard one night last week with a rack as big as this one. He was huge. I couldn’t get my phone out fast enough to take his picture once he realized I saw him.

Nothing like a nice big rack !!
