Perhaps you could help me here. How come when people of "faith" and "religion" get cancer instead of waiting for a miracle cure the first thing they seek are the cancer treatments created through scientific research because they not their faith healer offer a far better chance at giving them what they really want .....A CHANCE TO STAY ALIVE? What that tells me is that they don't have any real faith in their faith healer and that they are just as afraid of dying as anyone else.

So when will liberals start building meeting houses and have services for their religion...progressivism? Because it's essentially what the Left has replaced religion with. And it's adherents are rather fanatical about it, shouting down anyone who disagrees with its tenants. Nothing is quite like the devotion of new converts.

Sounds to me like you're confusing Scientific Facts with Biblical Truths. What is revealed in the Bible, sometimes through allegory or metaphor, is an underlying truth that provides a basis of morals.
I know of no one who has found morals based on scientific facts. Logic, and reason both reveal truth, as well as fact, it's just that truth is more reliable. Truth is multi-dimensional.
