Upsers.com, my life and career, on the left "direct deposit account". It'll take you to an area with a link to add/edit info. After you signup it will take at least 2 weeks to go through.

Log on to UPSERS.com go to My Life and Career. Click on Direct Deposit Account and new window will pop up. Click on the review and edit Direct Deposit and follow the instructions.
