Does anyone wear a FitBit or similar type of step counting wearable?

I'm curious as since I've retired, I wonder how many steps I probably did on my average day on my old metro rt. I averaged between 140/170 stops a day back then, so I figure anything close to that (or otherwise) would be close.
Also, what brand do you like best, if you've tried a few. I haven't purchased one yet myself. Any input in that area would likewise be great.

Yes I did, and no not really. There are some vaguely similar. Hoping for some better and more current specifics. Technology keeps changing, so I'm interested in what might be better or worse in these devices too. Fitbit just added 2 more today.
