The used the word collaborated because it's a word that means joining together as in "collaborated evidence" . The piecing together of evidence that would support a given conclusion. So I see now that you're now a self appointed orator and master of the English language ....with your high school diploma.But, down your way having even that one is considered to be highly educated .

I NEVER said that they would not be eliminated eventually. But the question of whether to maintain or eliminate toll collectors is a Pennsylvania question to be decided by the residents of that state.

who cares who's decision it is. you started this discussing the cost of repairing the roads. I pointed out a place where the money they already collect from tolls could be better spent.
