The big package

The stock market decoupled from Main Street in March 2009. It is still eyeing the Fed. The longer Main Street suffers the longer the Fed will continue corporate welfare. A good economy doesn’t need/have zero interest rates.
Because right now we have low inflation , it will not last , historically interest rates fluctuate . Eventually when Biden starts fu-----g with the economy inflation will rise along with taxes and interest rates and then your pension won't look so good . And the economy will suffer !!! Gas prices are already on the rise , not good !!! Thanks President Buffoon !!!

The long term rates have been sneaking up lately.

Tech shot up so fast last year.

People will be speculating when the service, airline and hospitality industries will start opening up. I expect it will peak by April or May, the vaccines and the stimulus money will push the markets to new highs...

If you time it right you could make a killing .👍

You are correct, the Bernanke economy has lasted over a decade. Agreed, that in a good economy, interest rates will fluctuate a bit in order to fight economic headwinds.

The Fed came in aggressively in 2009 to prevent a callapse. Free money would not be needed needed for 11+ years if we had a great economy. Trump has brought the lowest rates which should tell you the Fed needed to step in more during those years. We need normalized interest rates.

You should write an email to the federal reserve I'm sure they'd love to take you brilliant opinion into account.
Markets are worried that President Joe Biden’s $1.9 fiscal stimulus plan will overheat the economy and cause inflation.

Powell said that the Fed would be “patient” with higher inflation, saying it was likely to be a “one time” effect and not price gains that continue year-after-year.

Powell repeated that the Fed was a “long way” from its goals of maximum employment and stable 2% inflation.
